Priding himself of being a mixologist, he showcases every weekend on Chicago's 103.5 Kiss FM and 94.5 The Vibe in Las Vegas, NV and Dallas, TX as well as events around Chicago and beyond. Opening for such acts as the B52, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Snoop Dogg and others, he has been called the "Mr. President" of Chicago or better yet, DJ's favorite DJ.
Pump Boi Lee a legendary DJ born and raised in chicago illinois.....named pump boy lee is currently a resident on kiss fm 103.5 every weekend and has been for over 2 years now. He brings a different eliment to the table because of his versatile and diverse cultures of music and different genres of music, from spinning it to remixing it as well as producing music as well , doin tricks or even scratching this is how he stands out from other DJ's. He is currently workin on music as far as producing as well as remixing his music as well as others. He also spins every weekend at a variety of different clubs as well as venues in the chicagoland area.
He has been doin it for over 10 years now from grammer school to high school to colleges all types of parties, and has been doin consistantly for over 10 years and plans on keep doin it. Maurice Halstedhas been identified as one of Chicago's most talented and well diversified djs. His sets include house, techno, progressive, hip hop and unique mash up combinations. He is one of the original founders of the mash up style of mixing and has pioneered his way into the air waves of millions throughout the US.
His style has been defined as "Just plain raw" by Louis Svistek from Wuli Records and described as "A real treat to see it done live" by Jim Lewis from The DJ Mag. Maurice Halsted has completed over 200 mixes in the last two years and has remixed multiple tracks by local, new and platinum artists such as Flo Rida, Mariah Carey, Chris Brown, NeYo, Katy Perry, Danity Kane to name a few. He has also held the #1 mash up podcast for over two years and has spun along legendary djs such as Paul Van Dyke, David Guetta, DJ Tiesto, Benny Benassi, Ferry Corsten, Moby, Armin Van Buuren, Bad Boy Bill, DJ Scot Project, Deep Dish and more.
Maurice Halsted has been the head dj for over 2 years on 103.5 KISS FM on Club Kiss. His mixes can be heard every Friday, Saturday and Sunday along with the Beat Freaks. Maurice Halsted has continuously raised the bar on the music style featured on Club Kiss and has started to take the show to a national level. The show is flooded with phone calls and texts from demanding fans who want to know where they can download his mixes and see him spin live.
Maurice Halsted has premiered at the hottest clubs and cities in and outside of the US. He has augmented his international recognition by djing at various events internationally. His infamous "What do you know about this" and "Here It Comes" phrases have caught the attention of many clubheadz across the globe. Maurice Halsted has been doing a China Tour every year since 2002 and has had multiple gigs in Puerto Rico.
Maurice Halsted has also been a part of the ever growing Mortal Kombat series. He provided motion capture for multiple Mortal Kombat video games and has completed a mini series in China entitled San Da Wang. The video games include MK 4, MK5, MK6, Shaolin Monks, Annihilation, Mortal Kombat Deception and is currently preparing for MK8.

Maurice Halsted opened up for Rihanna on March 28, 2008 at Vision Night Club. Maurice Halsted and The Redd opened up for Ice Cube at the Mont Bleu Casino in Stateline, NV July 29, 2006 (the old Cesar's Palace).
